Rachel Chambers
Profile
Rachel Chambers has a busy civil practice, specialising in employment and discrimination law. Her experience in these areas includes cases of unfair, constructive and wrongful dismissal, breach of contract, unlawful deductions from pay, TUPE transfers, redundancy, equal pay, parental leave rights, direct and indirect discrimination, harassment and victimisation.
She also practises in the areas of personal injury and clinical negligence, including fatal accidents and psychiatric injury.
Rachel has a research interest in holding companies accountable for human rights violations; during 2004 she was a Research Fellow at Monash University, Melbourne investigating this subject.
