Employment law specialist.
Extensive experience of cases of discrimination in the workplace having appeared in a number of leading authorities. Has worked for a number of large public authorities both in Court and in an advisory capacity. Has also acted for many individuals who are unfamiliar and unsure of the legal process.
Judicial review, specialising in the field of human rights and data protection.
Has handled complex litigation in the Information Tribunal.
Police disciplinary work, both as legal advisor to police disciplinary panels and as an advocate.
