Catriona Stirling joins Cloisters

Catriona Stirling has joined Cloisters after successful completion of her pupillage. 

She currently specialises in employment, discrimination and personal injury law and has appeared in Employment Tribunals in a number of multi-day trials, including claims relating to unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistle-blowing, redundancy and flexible working, representing both claimants and respondents.

Her personal injury practice encompasses drafting, advisory work and court appearances.  She has appeared in the County Courts in a number of small claims trials and interim hearings.

Robin Allen QC, head of Cloisters, commented: "I'm delighted that Catriona has joined our award-winning set.  She is a real asset to our team and her practice is expanding rapidly."

Catriona has also appeared in front of the General Social Care Council in disciplinary proceeding.  Catriona is a qualified Chartered Accountant and worked for Deloitte LLP before coming to the Bar.
