Cloisters' personal injury and employment practices move up in Chambers and Partners rankings
Cloisters' growing strength in personal injury and employment & discrimination law has been recognised by leading legal directory Chambers and Partners. The personal injury team was ranked this year as a band 3 practice - up one from last year. Cloisters’ employment team has also moved up from band 3 to 2 whilst clinical negligence has maintained its band 2 ranking.
Patricia Hitchcock QC and Joel Donovan QC were ranked as new silks in personal injury and clinical negligence, with Simon Dyer moving up from band 4 in clinical negligence to band 2.
William Latimer-Sayer and Jason Galbraith-Marten both maintained their star individual ranking in the juniors, in personal injury and employment respectively.
The strength and depth of Cloisters' employment team is demonstrated by three new entries in the rankings - David Massarella, Yvette Budé and Daniel Dyal - and increased rankings for five other junior barristers. Paul Epstein QC moved from band 3 to band 2 in the silk rankings. Brian Napier QC was also ranked as a star individual at the Scottish Bar.
