Cloisters represent Gurkhas at Court of Appeal
Cloisters' equality and discrimination barristers, Declan O'Dempsey and Olivia-Faith Dobbie, represented the Gurkhas in the Court of Appeal in their pensions battle with the Ministry of Defence.
The case affects about 25,000 veterans denied the opportunity to transfer into UK armed forces pensions schemes as they retired before July 1997.
Declan O'Dempsey told the court the veterans had made the same sacrifices as UK soldiers and should have pension equality.
