Disability discrimination: a guide to key changes under the Equality Act 2010

Cloisters' equality and discrimination experts have given a seminar to over 100 delegates on key changes to disability discrimination law under the Equality Act 2010.

As well as the reversal of Malcolm with new 'discrimination arising from disability' provisions, topics covered included the definition of disability; the extended scope of direct discrimination; the introduction of indirect disability discrimination and the restriction of pre-employment health questions.
