William Latimer-Sayer nominated for Personal Injury Award

William Latimer-Sayer has been nominated for an award in the Eclipse Proclaim Personal Injury Awards 2011. He has been put forward in the category of Outstanding Case of the Year for his work in Noble v Owen.

A judgment was handed down in Noble v Owen earlier this year and looked at the issue of whether post trial evidence obtained after the original trial could be  used to overturn a damages award. Mr Justice Field ruled that it could not be.

The winners will be announced at The Riverbank Park Plaza, London on Thursday 24th November 2011.
