Andrew is a Pupil at Cloisters, he commenced pupillage in September 2018.


Andrew is currently supervised by Martyn McLeish. So far in his first six, he has worked on personal injury and clinical negligence matters, as well as assisting Martin Seaward on the Grenfell Tower Inquiry.

Prior to pupillage, he gained a significant amount of advocacy experience, both as a volunteer for the Free Representation Unit, and as a solicitor’s agent. He has appeared in claims for unfair dismissal, constructive dismissal, victimisation and claims under the TUPE regulations. He has also appeared in the county court in road traffic accident, credit hire and breach of contract claims.

Andrew obtained a degree in History and Politics from the University of Oxford, during which time he debated extensively for the Oxford Union, both nationally and internationally.
