Catherine Meenan

Catherine Meenan is a pupil at Cloisters, she began Pupillage in September 2018.

Overview

Prior to pupillage, Catherine worked as an education researcher at Teach First. She primarily conducted research on the impact of locality on aspirations, student outcomes and social mobility. She often presented her research at national conferences and sat on expert panels.

Previously, she worked as a legal researcher for Rights Watch UK, focusing on post-conflict justice in Northern Ireland.
Catherine volunteered as an education advocate for the Communities Empowerment Network where she represented the families of excluded school children at Governors’ Disciplinary Committees.

Catherine is currently in her employment seat and supervised by Anna Beale.
