What’s E-Disclosure?
E-disclosure is the disclosure of any electronic document. Documents stored electronically are often referred to as electronically stored information or ESI. An electronic document means any document held in electronic form. It includes obvious documents such as email, text messages, word processed documents, databases and also includes voicemail and other audio files. The documents may be stored on servers, computers, laptops, memory sticks, mobile phones, back-up systems and elsewhere.
