Business as usual? The European Court of Justice and Brexit

ILS and ELA are very pleased to invite you to attend a jointly hosted event specifically organised to consider the implications of Brexit for the European Court of Justice. 

Eleanor Sharpston, Advocate General at the Court of Justice of the European Union, will be in conversation with Schona Jolly QC (well known for her work and commentary on Brexit) to reflect on Brexit and the CJEU in the context of employment and equality law.  

This event will provide a rare opportunity to hear the views and concerns of a distinguished speaker with first hand experience of the European Court and its workings about one of the most controversial events of our time.
