Housing, Race and the Right to Rent post Brexit

Tom Gillie and Declan O’Dempsey  explain how private landlords can avoid harassment and indirect discrimination on grounds of race when applying their right to rent duties.

Provided proper caution is used in relation to making Right to Rent checks, there is no reason why tenants from diverse backgrounds, including EU, EEA and EFTA nationals, should be made to feel singled out by reason of their race.
