Update on AI in the workplace by Robin Allen KC and Dee Masters

Robin Allen KC and Dee Masters are featured in Discrimination Law Association’s latest Briefings journal in an article titled ‘Update on the use of artificial intelligence in the workplace’.

Pages 13 to 23 in the March edition cover developments in the use of AI as a call for the UK to redress its ‘light touch’ legislative approach by introducing legislation and policies similar to those emerging in the European Union.

In their concluding statement, Robin and Dee explain their hopes of rules and regulations on AI better protecting employees, workers and jobseekers while simultaneously providing opportunities for further innovation in the business setting.
