Jason Galbraith-Marten QC and Sheryn Omeri advise on TFL’s power to license Uber

Cloisters’ Jason Galbraith-Marten QC and Sheryn Omeri have provided a comprehensive legal opinion on the question of whether Transport for London may take account of whether Uber has failed to adhere to employment law when considering whether it is a fit and proper person to have its 2-month private hire operator’s licence renewed for a longer period, on 25 November 2019.

Jason and Sheryn also act for the lead claimant Uber drivers in the employment status litigation which will shortly be before the Supreme Court.
