Rachel Crasnow QC, Cloisters barrister, is to speak on the topic of “Fighting for Adjustments: twenty years of the DDA” at the ILS One Day Spring Conference which continues to deal with the cutting edge legal issues that affect the worker; from all sides of the debate.
Line-up of speakers include Sir Brendan Barber, Chair of ACAS who will open the conference on an important and topical subject: “Workplace Conflicts: How best can these be resolved?”
Dr Amy Ludlow, Fellow and College Lecturer in Law, Gonville and Caius and Affiliated Lecturer, Faculty of Law, University of Cambridge and Catherine Barnard, Professor of EU law and Employment Law, University of Cambridge and Fellow of Trinity College speak about their recent research “EU-8 Migrant Workers and the Enforcement of Employment Rights”
Following lunch the Panel session will explore “The future of shared parenting – Key Challenges for UK employers and lessons from our Swedish neighbours” with Amanda Steadman, Professional Support Lawyer for Addleshaw Goddard LLP, Fredrik Dahl, Partner and Head of Employment at Vingeto with Catherine Barker, Head of Employment at King.
