Congratulations to Anna Beale who has been elected as Co-Chair of the Industrial Law Society. Anna will share the role with Robert Lewis of Mishcon de Reya and will continue, as normal, with her practice in Chambers.

Founded in 1964, the Society is a forum for both sides of industry and all those involved in employment law to meet and exchange ideas. Its broad membership includes lawyers, academics, HR and personnel practitioners, trade union officials and members, judges, journalists and civil servants. Cloisters has a long association with the Society and Anna takes over from Sarah Fraser Butlin, who served two terms as Chair and successfully steered the Society through the Covid-19 pandemic.
