Matt Jackson appointed as member of the Tribunal Procedure Committee (TPC)

Matt Jackson has been appointed by the Lord Chancellor to sit on the Tribunal Procedure Committee as one of two new members with specialist experience of Employment Law practice.

The TPC makes the procedure rules for the First-tier and Upper Tribunals and will soon do the same for the Employment and Employment Appeal Tribunals.

Matt’s appointment is for three years from 7th November 2023.
