Robin Allen KC has been instructed by the Local Government Association and the Welsh Local Government Association.

Module 1 of the Inquiry, which commenced on Tuesday 13th June 2023, was concerned with the Preparedness of the UK for the COVID-19 Pandemic and assessed if the pandemic was properly planned for, as well as whether the UK was adequately ready for that eventuality.
