Sarah Fraser Butlin, instructed by Thompsons Solicitors and Unite, reaches a settlement for her client Martyn Percy, the Dean of Christ Church college, Oxford.

This high profile dispute has been running for a number of years and has now been resolved with a substantial payment being made to Revd Percy. An employment tribunal scheduled for next year will not go ahead.
