ABOUT US
OUR HISTORY
Cloisters Chambers is a highly regarded and long-established set, advising across employment, discrimination and equality, personal injury, clinical negligence, commercial, regulatory and public law, as well as sport and entertainment. We are recognised for delivering outstanding results in complex and high-stakes matters.
We are known for our responsive, client-focused approach. Combined with technical excellence and a strong commercial perspective, this enables us to provide clear, effective solutions to the most challenging legal issues faced by individuals and organisations.
Many of our barristers are recognised leaders in their fields and regularly appear at all levels of the courts and tribunals, including the European courts. Through their work, they continue to shape legal thinking and contribute to the development of policy and practice.
We act for both claimants and defendants across all our practice areas. Our client base is broad and diverse, ranging from leading international and national law firms to in-house legal teams, trade unions, law centres, high street firms and professional associations.
In addition to advocacy, we offer mediation, advisory services, and specialist training for solicitors, in-house legal departments, HR professionals, the judiciary, trade unions and policymakers. Members of Chambers also deliver lectures and legal updates throughout the UK and Europe.
We are proud of the quality of our work, the results we achieve and the professional standards to which we hold ourselves.
OUR LEADERSHIP
Cloisters Chambers is led by Joint Heads of Chambers, Caspar Glyn KC and Rachel Crasnow KC.
Their combined experience and collaborative approach provide clear strategic direction for Chambers, supporting its members and ensuring the highest professional standards across all areas of practice.
