ALBERTA SHARPE

Alberta is the longest-serving member of staff at Cloisters and has been part of Chambers for longer than any of its current barristers. She initially worked within the clerking team before transitioning to the Fees Collection team, where she has remained an integral part of the department for over 30 years.

Throughout her time at Cloisters, Alberta has provided the foundation of the Fees Collection team, ensuring the timely and efficient processing of payments while managing a wide range of related queries. Known for her diligent, thoughtful and caring approach, particularly in the often sensitive area of financial matters, she combines exceptional reliability with a warm and approachable manner when working with clients and colleagues alike. Her experience, consistency and commitment make her an invaluable part of Chambers’ day-to-day operations.

Outside of work, Alberta enjoys spending time with her large extended family and values opportunities to support and help others in both her professional and personal life.
