Akua Reindorf KC provides evidence to the Joint Committee on Human Rights

On 25 October 2023 Akua Reindorf KC gave evidence to the Joint Committee for Human Rights on the subject of freedom of belief and freedom of expression in the workplace, as part of the Committee’s Inquiry into Human Rights at Work.

Topics covered include whether the current law adequately protects employees’ Article 9 and Article 10 rights under the European Convention on Human Rights and whether guidance issued by lobby groups is accurate and helpful for individuals and employers.
