Employment Rights Act Toolkit Webinar Series

Cloisters is pleased to launch its Employment Rights Act Toolkit Series, a new programme of expert-led lunchtime webinars designed to provide practical guidance on the most significant employment law reforms in a generation.

With the Employment Rights Act having now received Royal Assent, the series will explore how the new framework will operate in practice and what employers, workers and advisers should be preparing for now…

The series begins on 29 January and comprises seven focused sessions, each lasting 45 minutes. The webinars will cover a wide range of topics arising from the Act, including predictable working patterns and zero-hours contracts, family-friendly rights, harassment and sexual harassment reforms, trade union and collective bargaining changes, fire and rehire, and two catch-all sessions addressing the Act’s wider and more complex reforms.

Each session will be delivered by members of Cloisters’ Employment Team, combining senior and junior expertise to offer clear, practical insight into the new legislation and its likely impact in real-world scenarios.
