Daphne Romney KC now accepting appointments as a CEDR-accredited mediator

Cloisters is delighted to announce that Daphne Romney KC is now accepting appointments as an accredited mediator, having successfully completed her accreditation with CEDR.

Daphne has a well-established employment practice, with particular expertise in complex workplace disputes including equal pay, discrimination, whistleblowing, unfair dismissal and senior executive claims. She is experienced in advising both claimants and respondents and regularly assists clients in achieving effective and pragmatic resolutions to disputes. Daphne is also the author of Equal Pay: Law and Practice, published by Oxford University Press.

Her mediation practice builds on this experience, offering a commercially focused and practical approach to dispute resolution. Daphne is well placed to assist parties seeking to resolve employment disputes efficiently and constructively, whether at an early stage or following the commencement of proceedings.

Daphne is available to accept mediation appointments while continuing her practice at the Bar.
