Cloisters is pleased to announce that Rachel Crasnow KC, Joint Head of Chambers, will be speaking at Michael Rubenstein Conferences' forthcoming event, Implementing the Employment Rights Act 2025: Where Are We Now?, on 1 July 2026.
The conference will bring together leading employment law practitioners and experts to examine the implementation of the Employment Rights Act 2025 and the practical implications of its reforms for employers, employees and advisers.
Rachel will deliver a session entitled "Harassment: New Preventative Duty on Employers", exploring one of the most significant developments in workplace equality law. Her talk will consider the scope of employers' obligations, practical steps organisations should be taking to comply with the new duty, and the legal and strategic challenges arising from its implementation.
