New tenant for Cloisters following pupillage
Cloisters is delighted to announce that, following the successful completion of her pupillage, Danielle Worden has been offered and accepted tenancy.
Danielle will be joining chambers as a tenant in October 2025, accepting instructions in all of chambers' practice areas.
Before pupillage, Danielle worked for trade unions for several years. She advised and represented members at all stages of Employment Tribunal proceedings. She worked on complex cases involving false self-employment, illegality, and sex work.
Danielle is currently completing her doctoral research in employment law at UCL. She previously attended Harvard University as a Kennedy Scholar after graduating first in year from UCL.
Danielle is also the Assistant Editor of the UK Labour Law Blog and a Caseworker at the Law Corner. Her prior legal work includes teaching employment law at UCL and research assistance at the Law Commission of England and Wales.
