Cloisters is pleased to announce that Anna Beale KC is now accepting appointments as a CEDR-accredited mediator, having achieved accreditation in March 2026.

Anna practises in employment and discrimination, clinical negligence and personal injury law. In the employment sphere, she has particular experience in equal pay, discrimination and whistleblowing claims, whilst her clinical negligence practice focuses on catastrophic spinal and brain injury cases, often involving complex causation issues. Anna’s mix of specialisms has led to regular instructions in “crossover” employment and personal injury claims, which often result in litigation in both the Employment Tribunal and the High Court.

Throughout her career, Anna has acted as an advocate in private and judicial mediations, which she has found invaluable in resolving seemingly intractable cases in all of her practice areas. This background informed her decision to train as a mediator, and provides her with significant practical experience as she moves into this role.

Anna is available to act as a mediator in all types of employment, discrimination, clinical negligence, personal injury and associated disputes, whilst continuing her practice at the Bar.

To discuss Anna’s availability or to enquire about mediation appointments, please contact the clerks on clerks@cloisters.com
