Tribunal Toolkits 2026

Cloisters is pleased to launch Tribunal Toolkits 2026, the third instalment of its lunchtime webinar series focused on the practicalities of Employment Tribunal litigation.

Designed with junior practitioners in mind, the series moves beyond black-letter law to examine how tribunal cases are actually run — and what makes the difference in practice. Across six 45-minute sessions, members of Cloisters’ junior Employment Team will explore the strategic, procedural and evidential issues that arise most frequently in tribunal work.

The programme covers a range of key topics, including justification defences, reasonable adjustments, anonymity applications, jurisdiction in cross-border disputes, reputational issues arising from employee conduct, and the valuation of claims.

Each session is grounded in real-world experience, offering clear, practical insight into how cases are prepared, argued and resolved in the Employment Tribunal.
